I decided to move to New Mexico end of December 2020. After researching real estate agents in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area called Alayna. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get in to a bidding war. 6 hours after I contact Alayna, she made an offer at asking price. From the time we started until closing was 6 weeks. I was coming from Seattle. Alayna stayed on top of everything and kept an eye on my home until I got here a month after closing. I have bought 2 homes before my Rio Rancho house. It was the easiest process out of all of them.
